How do I reset my password if I have lost or forgotten it?

If you forget your password, that's OK! Just click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the Sign In page and follow the instructions. An email containing further instructions will then be sent to your registered email. Please check your 'Spam' folder or 'Junk email' folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.

I am new to McDelivery. How do I set up my account?

Click on 'I'm a new customer. Enter delivery address' located on the right side of your screen. Enter your delivery address, contact details and agree to our terms and conditions. Your account is now ready.

How much time does it take for McDelivery to arrive after ordering?

We try to deliver as fast as possible to meet your needs. Please refer to the "Track Order" system on this website as it will give you an approximate time of delivery. The delivery time is subject to weather conditions and quantity of the order.

How do I change my stored delivery addresses?

Your stored delivery addresses can be modified by clicking "Change / Add Address" but you can add up to 5 delivery addresses in total. If you need to add more, just delete an existing address.

Can I change the email address for my account?

We're sorry but this feature is not available for now. Please register a new email account to start ordering now.

Can I contact McDonald's to change the email address for my account?

For security reasons, McDonald's cannot access your email account.

I've forgotten/cannot log in with my email address registered previously on www.mcdelivery.lk what must I do?

Register a new account with an email address (different from your previous one) to start ordering.

How do I start ordering?

Click on 'START NEW ORDER button' on the right side of the main page banner.

How do I place an advance order?

Click on 'Order in Advance' on the right side of the main page banner under 'START A NEW ORDER'. Choose items from the menu and click the 'Check out' button when you're done. If you haven't logged in, you need to sign in before selecting menu items.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

Yes, a minimum order applies to all McDelivery orders which is Rs 10,000.

Is there a delivery Rider reimbursement?

A surcharge applies for every order made through McDelivery. There will be a Rider reimbursement of Rs 100 for orders made through www.mcdelivery.lk, and Rs 150 Rider reimbursement on orders made through call center (5 555 555).

Do you offer the same menu options for McDelivery™ as in the restaurants?

Except for some items that cannot be delivered, most of our menu is available. You can check our McDelivery™ menu by clicking on the "Browse Menu" tab on this page.

Can I make changes after I've made my order or can I cancel my order?

We are sorry, once the order is confirmed on McDelivery™ website, it cannot be cancelled. But you can call the McDelivery™ Call center at 5 555 555 ; we will try our best to accommodate your request, however, once the order has been dispatched from the restaurant, it cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstance.

What are the payment options available to me?

You have the option to pay by cash to the delivery gentleman at your doorstep or through credit card but not online.

How do I check the status of my order?

Click on 'Track my Order' from the top menu and enter your order number (you can find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after your payment was received).

Where can I change my account info?

Once you've signed in to the site with your username and password, select "My Account" from the top menu. You can change your account information there.

What is the McDelivery available timing?

McDelivery is available 7 days a week from 07:00am to 12:00 am.

Is there a limitation to McDelivery™ online orders?

Orders exceeding Rs 10,000 are considered bulk orders; and cannot be placed through McDelivery™ website. Such orders can only be placed by calling the McDelivery™ Call Center at 5 555 555. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we would appreciate if large orders could be made in advance.

How will I know when the restaurant received my Internet Order?

Click on 'Track my order' from the top menu and enter your order number (you can find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was confirmed). And if you're still unsure about your order, you can always call McDelivery™ at 5 555 555 to check on your order.

Where can I change my account info?

Once you've signed in to the site with your username and password, select "My Account" from the top menu. You can change your account information there.

McDonald's does deliver to my area but my address is not found in the search results. What should I do?

Please call McDelivery™ 5 555 555 to assist you and place your order through call center.

What do I do if my order arrives with missing items?

In a rare situation of such nature, please call McDelivery™ 5 555 555 and inform our customer service personnel. We will then arrange for the items to be delivered to you.

How can I use a Gift voucher?

McDonald's gift vouchers to be redeemed through any of our MDS services same as cash.

Who can I speak to with regards to this policy? I am very unhappy and feel that this is unfair.
